FORTIUM has been practicing the German influenced manufacturing practices for the past two decades and most of our employees were trained in Germany to feel, learn, register and practice the German industrial culture. The disciplined teaching and coaching from German engineers have made our Indian team to sharpen the focus in right perspective to travel in right direction

As disciplined manufacturing process was implanted from the inception, now FORTIUM is in commanding position to manufacture complex products in ease to the international standard.

We mainly focus on labour-intensive sheet-metal based structures, assembly and final product with rather high value vs. volume ratio. As we have inhouse design and manufacturing facility we are fortunate to produce required tools, dies, jigs & fixtures and all type of production aids.

Each and every operation is self-certified for the quality and our QA team ensure that each operation produces right quality by controlling the process, and not by controlling the final produced part.

Assembly

FORTIUM is endorsed for assembling and manufacturing sensitive assemblies and complex products to the fullest satisfaction of the customer. As we produce similar and bespoke products throughout the year we are naturally trained to accommodate and accustom to different demands but with the same goal of attaining the international standard in our final product.

Because of our seasoned workforce and vigorous mentoring, the assembly has been trained to record technical documentation with images, record day to day progress and achieve time managed processes for the perfect traceability to earn confidence from the customer. As we are practiced to highly respect time, efficiency and effectiveness, today we are in a position to claim that we always deliver within the agreed time.

In order to foster continuous learning, we regularly hold Core Functional Team (CFT) meetings, where we jointly discuss obstacles and solutions, and where we share learnings.

Design Services

FORTIUM has an excellent experience in 3D modelling (SolidWorks) and 2D drafting under the guidance and leadership of our German and Swiss engineers. Our team consists of knowledgeable individuals who can handle 3D modelling with great perfection. Our disciplined documentation and Product Data Management (PDM) help to retrieve data in no time.

We are rendering our services to domestic and overseas customers. Our expertise allows us to transform two-dimensional designs into detailed three-dimensional models, enhancing visualization and accuracy. We provide digitization services of existing design document, or comprehensive executional modelling to support various stages of product development, ensuring precise representation and functionality

Our drafting services cater to the specific needs of our clients, delivering high-quality technical drawings that facilitate efficient manufacturing and construction processes. By leveraging advanced technologies and skilled professionals, we help our customers to achieve their design and engineering objectives with precision and efficiency.
